1. Who we are

This website (no-of.com) is operated by noflag, based in California, USA. Our legal name, address and contact details are on our Contact information page. Email: hello@no-of.com.

2. These terms

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Return policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

3. Products

Each shirt is printed to order by our production partner. We describe our products and their measurements as accurately as we can. Colours on screens and garment-dyed shades vary slightly, and supplier measurements can vary by up to 5 cm (2 in).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency, and shipping is shown at checkout. Prices for EU and UK customers include VAT where it applies. Import duties and taxes for other destinations are not included (see section 7 of our Return policy). Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product can't be produced, if a price was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy for destinations, prices and estimated delivery times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

See our Return policy.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, text and images on this site belong to noflag or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live. You may bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
