FAQ

Every shirt is printed after you order by our production partner Printful, at its facility closest to you. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days (longer in November and December). Total delivery time is usually 5 to 11 business days in the US, 6 to 15 to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein, 7 to 25 to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and up to 30 elsewhere. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

US, Canada and most other countries: all sales are final. Each shirt is printed for your order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size, fit or change of mind. Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: you have 14 days from delivery to return it for any reason (you pay return postage); use the withdrawal form linked in the footer. Brazil: you can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order. Everyone: please check the size guide first.

We fix it at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the whole shirt, the problem, the size label and the packing slip. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. You don't need to send the shirt back. Faint marks around a new print wash out in the first wash, and small variations in print position are normal.

Oversized and boxy, with dropped shoulders. Exact measurements for sizes S to 3XL are in the size guide; compare them with a T-shirt you already own. Supplier measurements can vary by up to 5 cm (2 in).

The artwork is printed on the back, up to about 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16 in). It's the same size on every shirt size, so it covers more of the back on smaller sizes. The front is blank.

To most countries. Shipping is free to the US and Canada; other countries pay shipping at checkout. We don't ship to the EU or the UK at the moment. We also can't ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Ecuador, Afghanistan, Algeria, Djibouti, Eritrea, Iraq, Libya, Madagascar, Palestine, Sudan, Yemen or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

US: no. Canada: shirts are printed outside Canada (usually in the US), so the carrier may collect import duty, GST/HST and a handling fee on delivery. Other countries: local import duty and taxes may apply on delivery. These charges aren't included in our prices.

Printing starts quickly, so orders can't be changed once production has begun. If you made a mistake, email us right away. If your shirt hasn't gone into production yet, we'll fix it or cancel it for a full refund.

Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed; no fabric softener and no dry cleaning. Iron cool and inside out, never directly on the print.
